Free Shuttle
A dedicated shuttle line will run from Xianghuwan Station (Metro Line 3) directly to the exhibition hall.
Free Metro-to-Expo Shuttle Service
The Expo coincides with Xi'an Design Week, the World Petroleum & Natural Gas Equipment Expo, and the Shaanxi Auto Overseas Business Annual Meeting, so expect high foot and vehicle traffic around the main venue. Public transportation (bus or metro) is highly recommended.
Important Reminder:
Shuttle bus operating hours to the venue:
8:00-16:30
Shuttle bus operating hours back to the metro station:
10:00-17:30
Note: On November 11th, the shuttle bus to the venue runs from 8:00-13:00,
and the shuttle bus back to the metro station runs from 10:00-17:00. (Shuttle schedules are subject to actual arrival and departure times on site.)
Weather Forecast
The weather may be changeable during the expo.
Be sure to check the forecast
before heading out
and prepare accordingly!
There might be light rain on November 8th and 11th.
So, remember to bring rain gear!
For those heading out on those days,
don't forget your umbrella!
Also, the temperature difference between day and night can be significant.

The 53rd National Stationery & Art Supplies Expo offers free admission and requires no prior reservation.
From November 8th to 11th,

Activity 1: Share your finds!
1. Share at least 3 awesome pictures from the expo on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), write a review (15 characters or more), and use the hashtag #StationeryandArtSuppliesExpo and location tag "Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center."
2. Post a video of 15 seconds or longer from the expo on Douyin (TikTok) with a caption of 15 characters or more, and use the hashtag #StationeryandArtSuppliesExpo and location tag "Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center."

Activity 2: Spend and get a gift (100% chance to win)!
1. Spend 300 RMB in a single transaction for one chance to win a prize.
2. Spend 500 RMB in a single transaction for two chances to win a prize.
